Terms & Conditions


Although we will employ reasonable efforts to ensure availability of the service to subscribers at all times, you agree that we shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage caused by or arising from the unavailability of, any interruption in or the use of the service for any reason whatsoever. No warranty's are made regarding the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. We exercise no control whatsoever over the content of information that is passed through our system. The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Exclusion of our liability for loss or damage will include (but is not limited to):

    ICT South Africa owns the Copyright in this publication. It incorporates portions of existing copyrighted material owned by ICT South Africa and is used here with permission.

You are also advised that ICT South Africa will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.

    ICT South Africa grants you permission to use the Site as follows:
    • You may not use images of people or places on the Site without ICT South Africa's written permission;
